Mrs. Olivia M. Brown

Mrs. Brown joined the National Insurance Corporation of Liberia since 1989 as marketing secretary and subsequently ascended to the position of Executive Secretary. She held several other positions during her stint with the entity over the course of her 30 years of service with the Corporation. Some of the positions she held include: Policy Owner Services Officer, Assistant Manager Policy Owner Services, and Executive Director, ECOWAS Brown Card.

Prior to her joining the NICOL family, she also served as secretary at the Ministry of Planning & Economics Affairs, within the Population, planning & Coordination unit under the sponsorship of UNICEF.

Mrs. Brown studied two years at the University of Liberia, obtained a Diploma in Secretarial Science from the Spanish American Institute, New York, USA; and further acquired a Certificate in statistics from the University of Liberia. She also obtained a certificate in Product development in Life and Non-Life Insurance provided by Continental Re, in Accra, Ghana.
